Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day no quibble returns policy if you wish to return the product. The product has to be un-used and in its original packaging. Please contact us for a returns number and then send the product to the address in the email. If you wish us to collect the product there will be a charge for this. Upon receipt of the goods and subject to their condition you will receive a refund via paypal for the price of the product minus any carriage charges incurred.

If the unit has been damaged in transit or is faulty within its warranty period, please contact us for a returns number and we will arrange collection of the product. If the unit was damaged then a replacement will be sent out. If faulty, then the manufacturer’s warranty policy and decision will apply. If a warranty is given, then a replacement product will be sent out. If the manufacturer’s warranty is declined we will inform you as to the reasons why.
